What are your different services like?
We believe true, heartfelt worship should lead to an encounter with God. Worship is not a consumer event, but something for everybody in the community to participate in.
Our Traditional service at 8:00 features worship led by traditional hymns you might have grown up with are sung, Scripture readings, the Lord’s Prayer, the prayers of the people, and we celebrate Holy Communion.
Our contemporary service at 9:30 features dynamic music led by the worship team. Typically, we engage God in worship during a three-or four-song set, during which an offering is taken, followed by a message (approx. 25 minutes), a response song, and a time of prayer. Both child-care and Children’s Church are made available during the 9:30 a.m. service.
The 11:00 a.m. service is a blended service focused on teaching God’s word in a simpler liturgical setting; a combination of hymns and praise songs are used in this service. Communion is celebrated the second and fourth Sundays of the month. Services usually run from an hour to an hour and fifteen minutes in length.
What about children’s Ministries?
We have an abundance of Children’s programs running throughout the year designed just for them. Kids in children’s ministry learn about God’s love for them every week in a vibrant way. Helpful staff will be available to assist you. Children may be dropped off in their respective areas before each service.
